For me as a new miner playing with friend make me doesnt enjoys the game since I always gots distract by them cannot feel fron what the game give me, but after a while playing solo and start to coop I enjoys it a lot but sadly my friend doesnt play the game anymore ( maybe because they like to play with mod when im not)

My Miner's Union terminal stopped working 3-4 years ago and hasn't worked properly since, even with Discord open. I wish I knew how to fix it. Seemed like a cool idea but I never got to see more than one finished division competition term. Anyway, great video. I've played 850+ missions (750+ solo so the multiplayer tips are particularly helpful), but despite that it's nice to refresh.

I was actually kicked from a game because no one communicated properly 💀 was like my SECOND DAY PLAYING THE GAME and I was playing Engineer and they were pinging some ores on the walls for me to put up a platform for (I didn't know that at the time but I do now) like, how hard is it to go into chat and type/speak what they need?? I'm a quote on quote"bad engineer" because they couldn't type or go on the mic for 2 seconds 💀💀

Another thing to note about the Bough, apparently some mining teams have found odd caverns holding 2 bits of red sugar within. It doesn't seem to be natural structuring, but it's clear no ordinary dwarf could make it either.

So, I'm back here again, but info for greenbeards and other fellow miners goes a long way. Fungus Bogs: the poison clouds from mushrooms and maggots aren't just an inconvenience, they can be ignited like Praetorian gas and WILL insta kill anything (including you and your team [learned this the hard way]) if there's enough of it in the room so be careful with any weapons you have with fire damage. Frick Rockpox: anything that can pierce through enemies is invaluable when playing season 3 and 4, as they can hit multiple blisters on one enemy, potentially killing them in a single shot. Fantastic for saving time and ammo. Try to line up multiple daily season missions: even if not part of your required objectives, the rewards on season passes are often more than worth it if you're just joining with plenty of minerals and cash held within. It'll give a great head start for getting promotions and overclocks. Change your season when you can: Again, the rewards are good there and knocking out all of your daily quests in every season can net you lots of goodies. There are jet boots at the top of the Space Rig: For one, doing this will give you a good feel on how they work if you find a crate on the job (albeit you can't see when they'll overheat) and two, it makes messing around and drinking all the more fun (if management asks, you didn't hear this from me).

FYI, as of this comment; the driller’s new crisper overclock “scorching tide” takes out every robot (except the caretaker) if you can aim well. The nemesis can be a little bit more difficult due to the nature of the shields it produces. Most times it can take 2 shots, solely because of it blocking the shot with a shield.

I also bought the game a long time before first install! I got it from a friend for Christmas and only recently downloaded it for the first time after many months of fearing that either the game would be too big to download or it'd be too intense on my system (I was wrong on both points, at least partially, I do have to run on low graphical settings). Best decision of my life, especially since I convinced three different friends of mine to buy the game after I downloaded it too!

Build 5 sounds exactly like what i want out of my goo gun, a ton of damage and a ton of armor removal. I'll be sure to start saving up to buy out the remaining mods, and I was actually lucky enough to have gotten the sludge shotgun overclock when I got my first ever overclock core (just so happened to be after promoting Driller, whom I main :p)

The first (and as of writing this, only) time I ever encountered one of these was on a solo mission. It was barely a challenge. Radioactive Exclusion Zone terrain makes for excellent cover and, as it turns out, explosions hurt, so the sprouts and pods were easy pickings. I kinda just camped around the heart clam and took potshots at stuff while using Bosco as auxiliary firepower. Easiest 3150 credits I've ever made. Small sidenote, I may be misremembering this, it was a bit ago, I may have had an extra player with me, but I do recall that there were no more than two combatants, myself and either Bosco or a fellow dwarf. Regardless, very fun fight and very cool video, actually taught me a few things.

5:52 no, the biggest obstacle in a tyrant weed fight is the terrain it spawned on. If it's horrendous the fight can be next to impossible. But if it's on favourable terrain, it's piss easy. I had 3 noteworthy encounters, 1 is with a horrible spawn, 2 with ones that made it practicslly free. Ok, so for the bad one. It spawned in a huge open room on basicslly the highest cliff in said room, which was only big enough for the heart. That was my first encounter with one (had a full 4 player team). It almost cost us the mission on haz 2 The easy ones were when I was going solo, first one was in crystaline caverns where the heart spawned in a cramped tunnel overlooking a mid sized room, I could just stay next to the heart and snipe the sprouts with them not even being able to attack me due to being out of range around a corner. Second one was in a refinery mission with a rather small cave overall, it was next to the refinery in a lonely spot right next to the walls of the cave just far enough away for the refinery to be out of range and the morkite wells weren't anywhere near it (it spawned literally at the side of the map for that mission). I could do the entire mission ignoring it, but I just set up the pipes and bulldozed through the fight without getting hit.

That "just as the founding father's intended" DRG addition at the end is legendary

Honestly a waste except for soldier, the worst is scout using it, that and dash for any class is a waste.

This damn thing is quite possibly the hardest goddamn boss/event in the game. Period. It can fuck you over even on a haz 1 while fully maxed out, mostly due to the KAMIKAZE DRONES (WHY)

8:26 once I had a bet-c just run. The scout chased for a bit,then gave up. After a long while of the boss health bar on screen,one of the charge suckers just healed? The bar did go away eventually.

On Engi, Shard difractor is generally your best bet for dealing with most bots and especially sniper turrets, just use make sure to use the heat mod. Fatboy will usually be a waste of ammo on these enemies unless you’re using it to hit all 4 vents on the caretaker

They should elevate the psychological trauma by making the nemesis call for help and make it appear like your teammates are downed In another cave.

Anyone here cause of the new overclock?

my personal theory is that the rival corp is composed of gnomes. elves wouldnt be concerned with hoxxes rocks at all, and goblins wouldnt make tech nearly as refined as what we see in game. gnomes, on the other hand, would definitely want the resources of hoxxes, whether it be for materials or for morkite. additionally, gnomes are too physically frail to go down there and do the mining themselves, but they do have the tinkering ability and hint of insanity to just engineer a few warcrimes to do the mining for them.

Considering many of the robots have glowing runes on them I wouldn't be surprised if the running the rival corp were also dwarves

My personal opinion is that the Rivals are either Humans or Elves, elves for obvious reasons would be hilarious but I think humans fit better. Humans love information and we would gladly/ happily get more of it. The bots and their design is also very human like being one fully automated, two mimicking the wildlife of Hoxxas, and three just their general design of being very adaptable and built upon compromises between abilities seems like a very human engineering thing to do. That coupled with what they’re made out of and the design choices. It could also explain the word mimicry of the hunter k*ller, humans love to mimic things after all, why shouldn’t our robotic AI’s? Finally, creating an AI to hate seems like a very human thing to do.

Huh. Got a weird sense of satisfaction when reaching the Electroplasma Loophole section and finding out that it's the *exact* main build I use for Scout. When it works, I guess!
